Game installation

The installation for AA2Reborn is pretty straightforward.

Download the game from the official website and follow the instructions.

Windows

Smartscreen

You might get the following warning from Windows Smartscreen when you try to run the installer. This is because the installer is not signed with a code signing certificate, which is a common practice for community projects to avoid the cost of obtaining a certificate. The file is totally safe.

Press more info and then click on "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation.

Linux

Unfortunately, there is no Linux version of AA2Reborn yet, I had to focus on making 2.8.5 playable. I will be looking into it in the following days, but for now, you can try running the Windows version using Wine or a similar compatibility layer.
FYI: The base game America's Army 2.8.5 is not available on Linux either, so you need Wine or similar to run the base game as well.
